NLC Children’s Ministries is dedicated to organizing, coordinating, and conducting classes, services, and events that provide boys and girls the opportunity to:

1) To learn the truth about God’s Word and His plan for their lives,

2) To make a decision to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior,

3) To grow within the body of believers, and

4) To gain the knowledge and tools necessary to stand firm in today’s world. Children’s Ministries is also committed to providing servant leaders with partnership opportunities, as well as the training, tools, and supplies needed to impact the lives of boys and girls for eternity.

Purpose

The purpose for Children’s Ministries at NLC is two fold: 

1) Share the gospel message and the love of Jesus to boys and girls in such a way that they will choose to become a part of God’s family, and then desire to be discipled on a weekly basis and/or trained to share the gospel message.

2) Create a sense of teamwork ​among the various ministries that minister to or train the children, thus providing a context for cooperation and coordination.
