Mission Statement
To allow the Holy Spirit to guide women that have been restored from substance abuse, prostitution, homelessness and other life controlling issues to live a life that is pleasing to God.
Purpose
To teach women to stand firm in the miracle that God has given them.Provide an environment where women can express their struggles and find comfort in knowing that they are not alone. To fellowship with women who are living a life of sobriety. To help women that have been restored from substance abuse, prostitution, homelessness etc. maintain a relationship with God. To teach the women skills that they can apply to their life so they do not submit to old destructive patterns.
Scripture Verse
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make your strong, firm and steadfast. -1 Peter 5:10
General Information
Our Goal:
To give women that have been restored a place to find hope, fellowship and support.
Frequency of group meetings:
2nd and 4th Friday of the month at 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location:
Training Center 1634 N. California Chicago, Il 60639
Protocol:
Women will fellowship for the first half hour.
Guest speaker will give devotion on different topics, examples:
• What to do know that you are sober.
• Worship and Praise
• Spiritual Warfare
• How to fight temptation.
